ERC — election evidence and oversight
An evidence-first programme for election oversight: tracking what has actually been tested, keeping chain-of-custody records honest, and staying permanently separate from counting votes.
Research Evidence register and synthetic demonstrations only. Nothing is approved for real elections or real voter data.
What it does today
- Keeps a claim-by-claim register that separates verified, reported, planned and contradicted statements.
- Demonstrates chain-of-custody records with synthetic data in the browser.
- Displays security posture as “vulnerable” until an independent cryptographer signs off.
What it is not
ERC Evidence never tabulates votes, never handles ballot choices, and has no access to voter records.
